What House? Award Win for Lumina development

Explore Living are delighted that its Lumina development at Chadwell Heath, Essex, was last week announced as a winner at the What House? Awards, collecting a Bronze in the category of ‘Best Brownfield Development’.

A What House? Award is one of the most highly respected symbols of prestige and excellence in housebuilding, and this accolade makes a total of 10 major awards wins for Explore Living in 2008.

The judges of the What House? Awards commented:
“This is Art Deco and contemporary – all curves, glass balconies and white render.  What was once a couple of houses in disrepair and a car dealership is now 59 chic one and two bedroom apartments 15 minutes from Stratford and the 2012 Olympics and part of the Thames Gateway regeneration plan.”
