Quest Place in Maldon Receives National Award

Explore Living’s development in Maldon, Quest Place, has recently received a prestigious Highly Commended award at the Daily Telegraph’s Your New Home Awards, for the category of Best Development for Interior Design and Technical Innovation. The accolade is the first national award for the development.

The judges of this category considered specifications and internal design, of particular interest was high-specification homes that included some unique hi-tech features. Visitors to the development are able to view the show homes to see exactly what makes this an award winning scheme.

Some of the technical innovations found in the show homes include pre-wiring for flat screen TVs and Sky plus, kitchens cleverly designed to maximise storage space with concealed sockets, solid concrete floors throughout providing superior sound insulation, integrated iPOD docking systems and 5.1 surround sound systems to the living areas.
