Over 40 guests and local dignitaries turned out for the successful launch of Explore Living’s iconic former hotel building at Grand Ocean in Saltdean, Sussex. The restoration of the art deco building was officially marked with a ribbon cutting ceremony by the former Mayor of Brighton and Hove, Councillor Carol Theobald, and guests were given their first opportunity to see inside the impressive refurbished entrance foyer and two brand new show apartments.

The stylish former hotel building, once heralded by Billy Butlin as ‘one of the best investments’ he ever made, comprises 45 exclusive one and two-bedroom apartments, many with ocean views, which are now available to purchase.
