Explore win an incredible 8 awards at Daily Mail UK Property Awards

Explore Living are pleased to announce they have won no less than 8 awards at the prestigious Daily Mail UK Property Awards, held at The London Marriott on 16th October.  The awards recognise outstanding design, build, presentation and innovation; Explore Living proudly collected more awards than any other housebuilder participating.

The following awards were presented to Explore on the day:

o Best Development in Surrey for Fusion, Chertsey
o Best Apartment in Surrey for Fusion, Chertsey
o Best Development in Essex for Lumina, Chadwell Heath
o Best Apartment in Essex for Lumina, Chadwell Heath
o Best Development in Hertfordshire for Balls Park, Hertford
o Best Apartment in Hertfordshire for Balls Park, Hertford
o Best Development Marketing in UK for Balls Park
o Best UK Website for eiport.co.uk

As Explore Living achieved the top score in ‘Best Development Marketing’ their entry will now compete in the world’s best category, the results of which will be announced in November.

Entries were judged by a panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards. This year’s judges included Eric Pickles MP, chairman of the Conservative Party, Ben Wood, industry head property markets of Google UK; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; Imtiaz Farookhi, chief executive of the National House Building Council; Christopher Hall, president elect of FIABCI; Wilhelm Harnish, Master Builders of Australia (MBA); Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association (ICREA); Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine and Gillian Farr, head of design of Laura Ashley Home.
