Daily Express Garden Awards Hat Trick for Explore Living

Explore Living has been awarded three Silver Awards at the Daily Express New Homes Garden Awards for its Grand Ocean development in Saltdean, East Sussex, and its Quest Place development in Maldon, Essex on Friday 26th September.

The painstaking restoration of the entrance garden at Grand Ocean led to the development winning awards in the ‘Best Communal Garden’ and ‘Best Restored Garden’ categories.  The spectacular garden is located directly infront of a 1930s art deco former Butlins hotel which is currently being converted into residential apartments; the original design of the garden was inspired by bow of the RMS Queen Mary.  Quest Place also received an award in the ‘Best Courtyard Garden’ category; the garden to the 4 bedroom Teal housetype demonstrates efficient use of a limited space to create an area best described as an outdoor room, perfect for entertaining.
