A Step by Step Guide to Assisted Sale

1. Select your new home.
2. Complete the assisted sale application form with Explore Living.
3. Moving Made Easy will instruct two or three local estate agents to complete the valuations on your existing home at a convenient time with you.
4. Once an agreeable marketing price has been reached Moving Made Easy will instruct the estate agents to market your existing home immediately and a ‘for sale’ sign will be erected.
5. Once an offer has been made on your existing home, Moving Made Easy will ensure the prospective buyer can afford your property. Should there be a chain of sales this would also be checked.
6. Once the sale has been agreed you will be able to complete the full reservation for your brand new home.
7. Moving Made Easy will monitor the transaction through to exchange of contracts and legal completion.
